TO PREPARE
To enjoy your spa experience to the fullest we suggest avoiding caffeine and having a light meal.
If your spa treatment is focused on your skin please avoid tanning for a few days prior.

WHAT TO BRING
Wear comfortable clothing to your spa treatments. We have a supply of disposable garments available for your convenience.
Our professional therapists are trained in proper draping techniques to respect your privacy and comfort at all times.

AMENITIES AVAILABLE
Oasis features three changing rooms with lockers. You may leave your possessions in the lockers and keep the key with you
in the treatment rooms. A seating area is available if you would like to remain in your robe and have lunch delivered to you between
spa services. We can also arrange for a tray of appetizers to be brought to the spa for your group.

ARRIVE EARLY
Please plan on arriving 15 minutes early for your appointment. Arriving late may limit the time available for your treatment.
Your treatment will end at the schedule time so that other guests are not inconvenienced and the full treatment price will apply.

Oasis takes your health seriously so please make us aware of any health problems, allergies or physical limitations you may have.
Oasis suggests you check with your physician prior to any treatments if you are concerned.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Appointments of $40 or more must be reserved by credit card. We respect your privacy and credit card information is
deleted upon request. If you do not honor your appointment you will be charged as follows: 48-24 hours notice 50% of service price;
Same Day cancellation 100% of service price; More than 48 hours notice incurs no charge. Charges for groups of 9 or more are as
follows: 5 days-72 hours 50% of service price; Less than 72 hours 100% of service price; 5 or more days notice incurs no change.

RESTRICTIONS
Oasis is designed for adult use and for guests receiving treatments.
Guests under 18 years of age should be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

PUBLIC SPACE
Oasis Salon & Spa is a non-smoking facility and cell phones are prohibited.
